This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.30 of 2014 on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Georgetown, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the filing of the present petition, the dispute between the petitioners and the respondent have been resolved, compromise arrived at in the divorce petition and the domestic complaint has been withdrawn and hence, he seeks permission of 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court to withdraw this petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
