Heard Mr.Desingh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2015 regarding issuance of patta.

3. Admittedly, the land in question is a Government land and hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.

4. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. However, this will not prevent the petitioner to pursue his representation before the authority. No costs.
