O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below, dismissing the application filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C, to re-call PW.3 and PW.8 for further cross examination.

2. This Court passes the following order on 24.06.2019: "Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case and also of the fact that the petitioner is facing a serious charge under the POCSO Act, there shall be a direction to PW.3 and PW.8 to be present before the Court on 25.06.2019 and they shall be further cross-examined by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the cross examination shall be completed on 25.06.2019. The petitioner shall pay a cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to each of the witnesses, viz., PW.3 and PW.8.

Post this case for passing further orders on 28.06.2019."

3. It is reported that PW.3 and PW.8 were cross examined on the side of the petitioner on 25.06.2019.

4. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
