The order of this Court dated 05.08.2011 has been belatedly complied with. This Court, by order dated 11.12.2020, directed Mr.Munusamy, learned Special Government Pleader to produce the list of the name and particulars of the Officers. He has filed the affidavit tendering unconditional apology. Further, this Court also instructed the learned counsel as well as the Officers not to repeat the same in future.
