The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to second respondent proceedings made in online order in Application No. TNCIT000000007968109 passed by the second respondent dated nil, quash the same and further direct the second respondent to issue Nativity Certificate to applicant namely Neel Shailesh, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court. 2.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that during the pendancy of this writ petition, Nativity Certificate was issued to the petitioner's son. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
