Challenge is to the show cause notice issued by the Bank seeking to brand the petitioner as defaulter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a communication dated 19.05.2017 issued by the State Bank of India Stressed Assets Management Branch, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore, wherein, it is stated that the claim of the petitioner has been examined by the Committee and the Committee accepted the submission made by the petitioner Ms.Uthra Umashanker that he was minor at the material time and a decision was taken to exonerate her.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
