This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report No.7 of 2023 on the file of All Women Police Station, Ambattur, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.219 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ambattur.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
