1. This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, to dispose of RCOP.No.110 of 2015, within a time frame.

2. This court heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioners are the landlords and the Respondent is the tenant. The Petitioners have filed RCOP.No.110 of 2015, before the Principal District Munsif-Rent Controller, Alandur, for eviction on the ground of wilful default, demolition and reconstruction. It appears that the evidence on the side of the Petitioners was over and the matter was posted for the evidence of the Respondent and the matter has been adjourned from time to time.
