ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 328 of I.P.C r/w 7, 20(1) of COTPA Act, 2003 in Crime No.509 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 1.5 tonnes of banned tobacco products . Hence, the complaint was registered.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court had already granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11766 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021 with certain conditions. He further submits that due to some unavoidable circumstances the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court. Hence he has filed the present Criminal Original petition.

6. In view of the above as this Court had already anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the second anticipatory bail cannot be entertained at this stage. Hence this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time to the petitioner to execute sureties and to comply with the other conditions imposed by this Court in the Crl.O.P.No.11766 of 2021 dated 09.07.2021.
