These Writ Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed seeking to restore the above W.P.No.47625 of 2006, which was dismissed for default and for non-prosecution on 06.06.2018 and to condone the delay of 367 days in filing Restoration Petition in W.P.No.47625 of 2006,.

2. Heard Mr.K.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.R.Bharathkumar, learned counsel appearing for 4th respondent TNHB and Ms.Latha, learned counsel appearing for 5th respondent TNSCB.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned, on condition, the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.2000/- towards cost before the High Court Legal Services Authority, Chennai on or before 16.07.2019 and if the cost is not paid on or before 16.07.2019, the case will be listed under the caption "dismissed for default". On that basis, the restoration petition filed in Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.18458 of 2019 is allowed.
