These applications have been filed to issue subpoena to the attesting witnesses namely, Mrs.Sunitha Madhavan and Mrs.K.Danya, Lecturers-Selection Grade of Meenakshi College for Women, Kodambakkam, Chennai 600 024, in the Will dated 22.02.1998 to identify the signature of the testator.

2.The learned counsel for the respondents submits that he has no serious objection for the applications being allowed. 3.These applications are allowed.

Registry is directed to issue subpoena for appearance of the said witnesses on 12.08.2024 before the Additional Master IV for tendering evidence in connection with the Will dated 22.02.1998.
