Seeking a direction to the respondent police to alter the offences and to include under Section 354 of the I.P.C., r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 1998 in Crime No.171 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.In my considered opinion, such a prayer as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and during the course of investigation, if the offences alleged by the petitioner stand disclosed, the same shall be included in the final report to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
