ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.3.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 381, 406, 420, 506(i) of IPC and expedite the investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that the petition enquiry is pending. Hence, the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.3.2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
