ORDER

Seeking a direction to the first respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.03.2015 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420, 506(i) of IPC and expedite the investigation, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that even according to the complainant, the opposite parties are in abscondence and therefore it may not be possible for the police to conduct enquiry quickly. Bearing this in mind, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
