2. The learned counsel for the petitioner prayed to modify the conditions that the petitioner deposit amount of Rs.25,00,000/- .

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court order dated 02.07.2024.

Considering the submission of both sides, the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court order dated 06.06.2024. Hence, the Interim bail already granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15225 of 2024 dated 02.07.2024 is hereby cancelled.

5. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
