Crl.M.P.No.8487 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11308 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17053 of in Crl.O.P.No.11308 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17053 of in Crl.O.P.No.11308 of 2022 dated 15.11.2022 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
