O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.3 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police after completion of investigation, filed a final report only as against the first petitioner. In so far as the other petitioners are concerned, their names were dropped https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
from the final report. In so far as the first petitioner is concerned, the final report was taken on file in C.C.No.831 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore. During the course of proceedings, the said Vasantha/the first petitioner also died. Therefore, the proceedings itself abated.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and the same is closed.
