PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to order dated 28.06.2022 issued by the 4th respondent in Proceedings No.T.I.X.1/2021-ADJT/77 transferring the petitioner from 77 Battalion, CRPF, Poonamallee to 53 Battalion, CRPF, Baramullah, Kashmir and quash the same in so far as petitioner concerned and allow the petitioner to continue in 77 Battalion, CRPF, Poonamallee till his superannuation (30.06.2024) as a last posting.
