JUDGMENT

(Delivered by PARESH UPADHYAY, J.) Learned advocate for the appellant - original writ petitioner withdraws this appeal since according to him, the consequential action taken by the State Authorities satisfies his grievance. In view of this, no further adjudication is required. 2.

It is clarified that we have not gone into the merits of the order of learned Single Judge. Either the grievance of the fourth respondent against whom relief was sought in the writ petition, or any action that may be taken by the State Authorities against that respondent is also not the subjectmatter of this appeal and we may not be understood to have expressed any opinion for or against any party in that regard. 3.
