ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioner, his family and the properties, which is under his responsibilities.

On perusal of the status report filed by the fourth respondent revealed that the petitioner is an accused in the following cases:- (i) Cr.No.453/2021 registered for the offences under Sections 147 148 341 294(b) 324 323 307 427 IPC Dated-29.08.2021 (ii) CSR No.771/2021 registered for the offences under Sections Sec 75 Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection Dated-24.12.2021 of Children) Act, 2015 (iii) CSR No. 611/2024 registered for the offences under Sections
506 (2) IPC Dated-09.06.2024 (iv) Cr.No. 149/2023 registered for the offences under Sections 509 IPC, 4 of TNPHW Act (v) Cr.No.306/2023 registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) IPC (vi)Cr. No.152/2024 registered for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 506(i) IPC & 3 of TNPPDL Act.
(vii) C-2 Racecourse Police Station (Crime Branch) Crime No. 158/2024 registered for the offences under Section 379 IPC The petitioner is being an accused in these cases, now submitted representation to provide police protection to his family member and also for his property. Therefore, the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking police protection cannot be considered. 3.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
