The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.98 of 2020 pending on the file of the Sub-Court, Chidambaram to the Family Court, Thanjavur. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.

2.It is seen that the wife is now residing at Thanjavur. Taking into account the convenience of the wife as well as that of the husband, HMOP.No.98 of 2020 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Chidambaram and transferred to the Principal Subcourt, Thanjavur instead of the Family Court, Thanjavur. This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
