2.It is seen that the matter has been posted for advancing arguments. An order can be passed only when the learned counsel advances arguments. Filing a petition for fixing an early date and then seeking time, would only indicate that the petitioner is trying to shift the reason for the pendency of the writ petition on the Court. It is not so. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks time to advance arguments.

3.In view of the same, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
