O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner is aggrieved by the construction of a temple by the sixth respondent on the pavement adjacent to the load, which is stated to be under the Highways Department. It is alleged that apart from causing obstruction on the pavement, there is also obstruction of observing the signal and such a temple could not have been constructed. The petitioner addressed a representation dated 26.11.2014 in this behalf to the first five respondents.

2. We, thus, call upon the second respondent/Chief Engineer, Highways Department to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a speaking order, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
