Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus directing to consider the petitioner representation dated 03.02.2016 by the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to survey of the petitioner's house properties and laid the boundaries stones within stipulated period.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims that he is having absolute right in respect of the house property, admeasuring to an extent of 2400 sq.ft. in survey No.170/1A1A2, Plot No.2-B, Mangadu Village and the boundary stones of the said property have been illegally removed by some persons and the petitioner, in this regard submitted a representation dated 03.02.2016, praying for measurement and fixation of boundary stones and since no orders have been passed, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.A.S.Senthilvel, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2016 in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
