O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition, as he states that the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted and the

arbitration proceedings are going on. Learned counsel for the respondent seeks to raise an objection to the same, as he states that there are certain ramifications.

2.I fail to understand any ramification when the petitioner himself seeks to withdraw the petition unconditionally in view of the same having become infructuous.

3.Original petition, thus, stands dismissed as withdrawn, as having become infructuous. No costs.
