ORDER

Heard Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner is a physically challenged person suffering from 70% disability. The petitioner seeks to eke out his livelihood by putting up a bunk shop for which the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 24.10.2015 to the respondents and the said representation having not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similar such request has been considered by the respondent Corporation taking note of the fact that the applicants are physically challenged persons. 4.In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and examine the feasibility of granting permission and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
