The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditional order passed by this Court, dated 08.11.2019.

Both the learned counsel would submit that if the matter is referred to the mediation centre, there is a likelihood of settlement between the parties.

In view of the above submission, the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre today i.e., 28.11.2019 at 2.30 p.m.
