The prayer in the writ petition is seeking to provide suitable protection to the petitioner's Company in the name and style of Salem Sooriya Poultry and Emu Farms India Private Limited to run his business freely without any disturbances.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the filing of the writ petition, the petitioner's Farm has been closed. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
