(Order of the Court was made by HULUVADI G. RAMESH,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
2. This Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2016 in a time framed manner.
3. It is averred in the Writ Petition that the Petitioner's daughter Avandhika joined school and requires community certificate stating that she belongs to Scheduled Caste. It is further stated that the petitioner lost all relevant documents during December 2015 due to heavy rain and flood and therefore, he submitted a representation dated 03.05.2016 to the respondent, requesting to issue the community certificate. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a suitable direction to the respondent to pass necessary orders on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the said representation dated 03.05.2016.

Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader, who was directed to take notice for the respondent submits that one month time may be given to the respondent to pass necessary orders.

In the light of the said submission, we direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2016 and pass necessary orders regarding issuance of community certificate, in accordance with law and on thorough verification, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
