This petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to direct the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri to dispose of I.A.No.690 of 1986 in O.S.No.850 of 1980.

2. From the perusal of the documents, it is seen that pursuant to the decree passed on 30.04.1986 in O.S.No.850 of 1980, the Interlocutory Applicatin for passing final decree came to be filed in the year 1986 and the same is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri. Aggrieved over the long pendency of the Interlocutory Application, the petitioner is before

this Court seeking early disposal of the same.

3. Considering the long pendency of the Interlocutory Application, without going into the merits, a direction is issued to the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri to pass orders in I.A.No.690 of 1986 in O.S.No.850 of 1980, on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above observation and direction, the Civil Revision Petition is ordered. No costs.
