This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the 5th line of the paragraph no.3 of the order dated 11.12.2015 in W.P.No.39008 of 2015, the date was wrongly mentioned as "17.10.2013"

instead "27.05.2009" .

3. Similarly, in paragraph 5 of the said order, in the 5th line, the Na.Ka. No. was wrongly typed as "Na.Ka.No.1434/A1/2013 dated 17.10.2013" instead of "Na.Ka.No.

7494/ A1/2009 dated 27.05.2009".

4. Hence, Registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and issue fresh order copy.
