ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to grant admission in the MBBS Course to the petitioner having Roll Number 4110002883 and application number is 819701 (Tamil Nadu Government quota) under the Tamil Nadu Government quota in any of the Government or private medical colleges in the State of Tamil Nadu on the fee structure fixed by the statutory fee fixation committee in the academic year 2022-23, on the basis of eligibility in NEET UG 2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials
available on record.
3. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, directs the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the first respondent on or before 25.11.2024. On such representation being made, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months therefrom.
