(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the view that the issues raised are best pursued on the administrative side, as there are no finances available with this Court to redress the grievances of the petitioner - apart from the fact that these are matters purely within administrative domain and there are elected representatives at different spheres to take up the grievances of the residents. Learned counsel for the petitioner, thus, seeks to withdraw the writ petition to pursue the matter administratively.
2.Writ Petition is, thus, dismissed as withdrawn in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
