Manikandan, aged 27 years, who is presently under going detention in the Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.3995, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 20.06.2024, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
