Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the Appellate Order passed by the 4th respondent dated 04.09.2013 in his Appellate Order No.V-15014/Disc/Min/Appeal-08/2013/6381 confirming the order passed by the 5th respondent dated 27.02.2013 in his final order
No.V-15014/Dis/Min/DKD-03/2013/1388 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as Head Constable with effect from 2006 and to pay ACP benefits with effect from 1996 and all monetary benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.09.2013 imposing the punishment of fine equivalent to that of one day salary. The learned counsel further brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was subsequently relieved from service by way of premature retirement.
2. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
