ORDER
Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to register the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.2.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the second respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry in CSR No.54/2015 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..
