CRIME NO.1 OF 2018.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every month of first working day until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10871 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.16427 of 2018 dated 21.08.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.C.RAMESH, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 21.08.2018 in Crl.MP.No.10871 of 2018 in Crl.OP.No.16427 of 2018 modified the conditions imposed by the petitioners. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 21.08.2018 alone stands modified and the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on the first working day of every month till filing of charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
