This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2024 to survey and identify the boundary for the property situated at Survey No.161/ 53 in Nambakkam Village, Thiruvallur District, which was allotted to petitioner as per G.O.No.7265/06 dated13.12.2006.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Revenue authorities had surveyed the land on 21.06.2024 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 25.06.2024 gya Index : Yes/No 2/4
