This petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 23.07.2021 in W.A.No.2063/2011 and restore the Appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above petition and he has also submitted a letter dated 12.06.2023 before the Registry. Further, he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Inview of the above said letter and the endorsement made by the counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
