(The case has been heard through video conference) Today (03.11.2020), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the case has been filed without crime number. However, he would submit that the petitioner has involved in three cases out of which, one case was registered in Crime No. 15 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 457 & 380 of IPC, another case was registered in Crime No.58 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 454 & 380 of IPC and yet another case was registered in Crime No.701 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Section 379 of IPC.
