C.M.P.No.18038 of 2023 in S.A.No.852 of 2009 G.ARUL MURUGAN , J., This petition has been filed to order substituted service as against 2nd and 3rd respondents.

2.It is stated by the petitioner that the summons sent to the respondents 2 and 3, but they are evading to receive the summons, inspite of sending twice. Since they are evading the summons, the petitioner has filed petition for substituted service in respect of respondents 2 and 3.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner, this CMP is ordered as prayed for.

4.The petitioner/appellant is directed to take paper publication in any of the daily news paper in vernacular language and having circulation in Dharmapuri District as the respondents 2 and 3 residing there. The publication shall mention the hearing date as 28.02.2024.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to take paper publication within a week.

6.Post the matter on 28.02.2024.
