This Writ Petition is filed for directing the third respondent to dispose the representation dated 06.01.2023 made by the petitioner seeking compassionate appointment.

2. On a perusal of the records, it reveals that the petitioner aged about 52 years, the petitioner's father while he was working in the Government Hospital died on 07.02.1997. After a period of 27 years, now the petitioner made a representation seeking compassionate appointment. The petitioner also aged about 52 years and after a period of 27 years, the appointment on the compassionate grounds cannot be considered. Therefore, the representation dated 06.01.2023 made by the petitioner cannot be considered and the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. 2/4
