This petition has been filed with a prayer to amend the prayer in the writ petition as a Writ of Certiorarified Madamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent order vide No.A-II/JPR/A.P.Approval/Ethiraj College/2018/676, dated 07.03.2018 and the consequential order of the 4th respondent dated 06.06.2018 and quash the same consequently direct the 3rd respondent to approve the petitioners qualification and also approve the appointment of the petitioner and pay the salary and other benefits with effect from 08.03.2017 instead of calling for the records of the 4th respondent dated 06.06.2018 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to approve the petitioners qualification by the 3rd respondent and also approve the appointment order dated 07.03.2017.

2. The original order was passed by the fourth respondent college dated 06.06.2018 and that has been challenged in this writ petition. However, the order passed by the third respondent University dated 07.03.2017, according to the petitioner has not been served on her and since that was the impugned order and the order passed by the College is only a consequential order it became necessitated to challenge the order passed by the third respondent 1 / 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

kst University and hence this amendment petition has been filed to amend the prayer in the writ petition.

3. Satisfying with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and after hearing the learned counsel for both sides, this Court is inclined to accept the prayer sought for herein.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and post the writ petition for hearing on 03.08.2022.
