Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2015 in pursuant to run a bunk shop at Corner ofThiruvallur Salai, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai on the way to Saraswathi Nagar to an extent of 6 x 4 sq.ft. an unobjectionable vacant land which is belong to the 2nd respondent.

ORDER
Heard Mr.M.Saravana Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner claiming to be an economic weaker community seeks for a direction from this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to consider his representation dated 28.11.2015 to run a bunk shop in a street corner.
3.In my view, such a direction cannot be issued as it is for the 2nd respondent to regulate the road margins and payments. Therefore, the relief sought for by the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
cannot be granted. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, this will not prevent the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the 2nd respondent. No costs.
