This Criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in SC No.91 of 2013 on the file of Magalir Neethi Mandram (Fast Track Court), Erode and quash the charge sheet. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the trial has been completed and it is in the stage of arguments.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if it has already not been disposed of.
