The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records of the summons issued by the respondent under Section 41(A) of Cr.P.C., in Crime No.366 of 2014 and to quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was issued the summons under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. Since the above proceedings had expired, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
