(Order of the Court is made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) We have gone through the evidence of PW1, who is the owner of the Mandi (Leather storage). The deceased as well as the accused were staying in the room inside the Mandi and the occurrence happened in the room. The evidence of PWs 1 and 2 corroborates and therefore, the appellant has not made out any prima facie case for the purpose of suspending the sentence. However, the grounds raised are to be adjudicated during the hearing of appeal on final hearing.
