Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2018 and accordingly grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) retrospectively with effect from 28.11.2016 i.e., the date on which the petitioner's Junior was promoted, notionally with monetary benefits with all other attendant service benefits.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner 13.06.2018 and accordingly grant promotion to the petitioner to the post of B.T. Assistant (Mathematics) retrospectively with effect from 28.11.2016 i.e., the date on which the petitioner's Junior was promoted, notionally with monetary benefits with all other attendant service benefits. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Writ Petition is disposed by directing the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.06.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
