The matter has been listed today for " reporting compliance".

2. An emergent relief was granted by this Court for medical termination of pregnancy of a minor POCSO victim girl, aged 13 years.

3. The team of doctors, appointed by this Court as per order dated 15.07.2022, have submitted a report today, stating that the victim girl delivered an alive girl baby having weight of 1.180kg on 18.07.2022 at 10.45 a.m, but, unfortunately, the baby expired on 20.07.2022 at 6.30 a.m. The report also states that the cause of death is due to " Very Preterm/RDS/Septic shock.

4. The aforesaid statement made in the Report dated 20.07.2022 is recorded.
