O R D E R

Seeking survey of the land said to have been owned by the petitioner pursuant to the sale deed of the year 2006, the petitioner made a representation on 20.01.2015. It was followed by another application dated 02.11.2015, by which, the petitioner made a request for measurement and survey of the land. As the same has not been done till now, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording due opportunity to the petitioner and the other third parties, if any. The second respondent shall co-operate with the first respondent in disposing of the above said representations.
